Ziza offers catering and full service dinners courtesy of Nina Anakar. Nina worked in hospitality for 10 years in San Diego, Miami, New York and LA before deciding to take the home cooking she learned from the women in her family in to the professional kitchen. Her food combines the flavors of her Mediterranean Moroccan heritage with the fresh ingredients that grow in her home of California, and a studied awareness of environmentally friendly cooking. She is inspired by the connection between food cultures, the communities they represent, and the local environments they reflect. Ziza only serves seasonal ingredients produced by biodynamic and organic farmers in California.
