Ziza offers catering and full service dinners courtesy of Nina Anakar. Nina worked in hospitality for 10 years in San Diego, Miami, New York and LA before deciding to incorporate the home cooking she learned from the women in her family in to her profession. Ziza’s food combines the flavors of Nina’s Moroccan heritage with the fresh ingredients that grow in her home of California. We practice environmentally friendly cooking with low waste recipes, compost, and a celebration of biodiversity by serving seasonal ingredients grown by regenerative family farms in California.
